At the age of 12 I wanted to become a detective and now I help women understand their partner better and lovingly negotiate their relationship dream.”

I come from Slovenia and for the last 22 years I live in Ljubljana. I’ve always felt passionate to find out how we can live in harmony with each other.

My ideal job at the beginning of my career?

As a child I was eager to find out why we act as we do, what triggers it and what shifts it. At the same time I loved how good I felt when I helped other people.

Based on those characteristics, at the age of 12, I first wanted to become a detective, to find out the truth and the hidden motives for actions people did and to discover things they wanted to hide. I took my parents advice and studied law.

I created a mediation centre but it wasn’t supported

As a lawyer, I worked for a solicitor and later for a Medical Chamber. Soon I realised many people hand over their problems to be solved by a judge, although the court process only additionally damages the relationships.

That’s why I fell in love with mediation - itan art of helping people express their truth, discover their true interests and offer a safe space to heal the relationship. In mediation people get a chance to own THEIR conflict, to look at it from different perspectives and to open a dialogue that is oriented to create a solution that suits them (because its important that THEY think it’s fair and good). They are empowered to own their differences and create ways to harmony that fits them.

Mediation became my passion and I became a certified mediator and trainer of mediators, attended many trainings, conferences etc., mostly in my own private time and at my own costs. At my job I wanted to share my experiences I got from working as a court assigned mediator and I created a mediation centre for doctors, nurses and patients. But unfortunately, this additional service was not supported. I was very disappointed.

I did not want to squeeze myself into a box

Then I got inspired to work individually with those who desire more harmony in their life. Our work is deep and practical. As a coach and mentor, I help them find their ways to discover their true interests, how to genuinely express them, how to handle different opinions and different positions, what are the secrets of a dialogue that creates harmony.

The biggest obstacle that I faced and had to overcome in my job was to squeeze myself into a box that the jobs provided and that limited my freedom and expression of my talents and ideas.

Now I am creating my own job step-by-step

I help women see what they truly crave in their relationship, understand their partners better, and merge their two sets of values into one vision. I’m looking forward to time when I’ll be serving my clients full time. I am a certified mediator and trainer of mediators as well as an accredited NLP Coach and my clients have been able to get on the same page with their partner on things like moving house, getting married, having children, big investments etc. after only 3 sessions with me.

Simona recognised for her life-changing work in a Slovenian magazine

I brought my expertise, talents and passion together and created an online program for women who are ready to open up to receive more love, who want to master the secrets of harmony and who are ready to step into their power and own their life. I support them in getting the clarity and harmony within as the first step and  show them how they can become creator of harmonious relationship where they feel totally understood and loved.

The more I knew about my passion and my true calling, the more my attention was pulled in its direction.
